Error message "The program has encountered a serious error and needs to close"
If you get an error message "The program has encountered a serious error and needs to close" when starting Clip Extractor or "An exception occurred during a WebClient request" after you start downloading a video, or you are unable to register Clip Extractor PRO because of Internet connection failure, the problem is in most cases because of a firewall or other security software installed on your computer that is blocking Clip Extractor.

The solution is to add Clip Extractor in the trusted programs list.
